Job summary

Donnelley Financial Solutions (DFIN) is seeking a Portfolio Manager, Workflow Transformation to lead portfolio governance across initiatives, pilots, roadmaps, and vendor engagements. You will partner with leaders to surface dependencies, manage risks, provide executive visibility, and drive value realization through structured planning, dashboards, and performance metrics.

Strong communication and PMO leadership are essential; PMP/PgMP certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Organizational Leadership, Program Management, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in portfolio management, program management, transformation management, or PMO leadership.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives within a structured governance environment.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and align stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Workflow Transformation portfolio and governance across initiatives, pilots, roadmaps, and vendor engagements.
• Coordinate planning, governance, reporting, and executive reviews across multiple functions.
• Maintain a portfolio-level view of demand, capacity, sequencing, and readiness.
• Ensure vendor-dependent milestones and delivery impacts are reflected in governance.
• Develop portfolio dashboards, status reports, and executive scorecards.
• Facilitate leadership alignment on priorities, investments, and risks.
• Establish portfolio management standards and governance templates.
