Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney to join our Atlanta office on-site. This role offers a strong base salary and a path to handle complex defense matters with an experienced team.

You’ll work closely on case strategy, filings, depositions, court appearances, and motion practice while growing professionally in a collaborative environment. Hybrid schedule may be available after onboarding.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active Georgia bar license, or planning to sit for the Georgia bar exam in 2025.
• At least 1 year of workers’ compensation defense experience, or a genuine interest in building a career in workers’ compensation defense.
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a team-first attitude.
• Someone who is eager to learn, grow, and be part of an in-office team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle workers’ compensation defense matters as part of an experienced Atlanta-based team.
