Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

• Experience in investigations, negotiation, and loss evaluation helpful.

Responsibilities

• Investigate new claims by reviewing loss reports and gathering information.
• Determine liability and compensability and negotiate settlements.
• Estimate losses and manage an inventory of claims across commercial property/casualty and disability.
• Provide service to policyholders on mid-sized and large commercial accounts.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and maintain files.
