Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing, investigating, and documenting Workers’ Compensation claims under supervision.
• Investigate, develop, and evaluate action plans for claim resolution; assess coverage and compensability.
• Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and third-party providers.
• Maintain accurate records of claim activity in claim management systems.
• Aim to return injured employees to work when appropriate, coordinating medical care with internal/external resources.
