Qualifications

  • 2 years of customer service experience or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

  • Attend and complete designated claims training program.
  • Adjust workers’ compensation claims under supervision.
  • Process mail, emails and documents per claim status.
  • Communicate with injured workers, employers, providers, attorneys and carriers.
  • Investigate claims by gathering medical records, reports and statements.
  • Determine coverage, compensability and benefits per guidelines.
  • Document claim activity and prepare detailed reports.
  • Administer indemnity and medical benefits, ensuring compliance.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions.
