Job summary

Barclays is seeking a Workday Specialist VP based in Whippany, NJ to lead end-to-end technology development for defined HR value streams and journeys. You will partner with HR Journey Owners to pursue a technology roadmap that leverages Workday, ServiceNow and other platforms.

Reporting to the HR CIO with a matrix line into the Global Workday Platform Owner, you will oversee a global pool of professionals, set strategy, manage resources, and drive transformation while upholding Barclays values.

Qualifications

• Experience of training and implementation of changes within Workday.
• Extensive knowledge of business processes of Workday modules across Core HR.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Workday Core (core components of the system).
• Experience using Workday HCM (employee lifecycle).
• Talent development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology development for HR value streams/journeys.
• Partner with HR Journey Owners to pursue a technology roadmap.
• Lead a global pool of resources in a matrix organization.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviours and drive transformation within HR tech.
