Qualifications

• Current Workday Time Tracking and Scheduling certifications required.
• Hands-on design and configuration experience in Workday Time Tracking and Scheduling.
• Experience with union environments and complex timekeeping or scheduling needs.
• Strong client-facing consulting skills for Workday architecture and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Workday Time Tracking and Scheduling during Architect/Configure phase.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map union requirements to scalable designs.
• Advise on configuration decisions, dependencies, risks, and best practices.
• Act as a functional advisor, supporting issue resolution and project needs.
