Job summary

Accenture, a global professional services firm, seeks a Workday Workday Certified Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Consultant for Illinois engagements. You will join a team of advisory professionals delivering cloud-based data reporting across finance, analytics, planning and HR, with a focus on Workday configurations and cross-functional integration.

You will lead or support Workday Time Tracking/Absence workstreams, create workplans, and mentor on/offshore teams while advising clients on

Qualifications

Requires Workday Partner Certification and 3+ years of consulting experience.
3+ years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence implementations.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).
If Associate’s degree, minimum 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
Create workplans for large global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, and client relationships.
Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
Support new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday.
Architect Workday configurations; ensure cross-functional cohesion and mitigation of risks.
