Experience with EIBs, calculated fields, and custom reports is valued. This position offers opportunities for growth, continuous learning, and travel up to 45% as needed by client

Qualifikationen

• Workday Time Tracking Certification
• Workday Absence Certification
• Experience configuring Time Tracking and Absence for customers of various sizes
• Experience gathering requirements, design, prototype and testing of Time Tracking/Absence solutions
• Knowledge of Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs
• Strong customer service and collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent written and spoken communication
• Willingness to travel 25-45%

• Work directly with clients to implement Time Tracking and Absence solutions
• Deliver high-quality Workday solutions across industries to meet client needs
• Define and implement HR processes aligned with client objectives
• Participate in internal training and share knowledge with the team
• Lead a team of consultants and manage escalations
• Assist in developing sales material and scope projects for sales team
