Job Title: Workday Time Tracking & Scheduling Consultant

Location: Remote - United States

Onsite Requirements: Remote with occasional travel to Chicago or New York City

Compensation Range: $105-$115 per hour

Employment Type: Contract

Contract Duration: October 19, 2026-August 20, 2027

Hours: Approximately 15 hours per week, with potential for increased hours during the initial project phase

Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Workday Time Tracking & Scheduling Consultant to support a project currently in the architecture, design, and configuration phase.

This consultant will provide functional expertise across Time Tracking and Scheduling, with particular emphasis on requirements for a union workforce. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on configuration experience, current certifications in both areas, and the ability to guide stakeholders through design decisions and recommended Workday practices.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support the design and configuration of Workday Time Tracking and Scheduling throughout the Architect/Configure phase.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand complex workforce and union requirements and translate them into scalable functional designs.
• Provide recommendations on configuration decisions, dependencies, risks, and Workday best practices.
• Serve as a functional advisor throughout the engagement, supporting issue resolution and ongoing project needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Current Workday Time Tracking and Scheduling certifications are required.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and configuring Workday Time Tracking and Scheduling solutions.
• Experience supporting union environments and complex timekeeping or scheduling requirements.
• Strong client-facing consulting skills with experience supporting Workday architecture, design, and configuration activities.
• Ability to accommodate increased hours during the initial project phase and occasional project-related travel.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Additional Details

• Approximately 15 hours per week, with potentially higher utilization during the first few months.
• Potential travel to Chicago or New York City approximately once every few months.
• Travel flexibility may be considered based on candidate experience and project needs.
