Job summary

Makse Group is seeking a Consulting Manager for Workday Time Tracking & Absence to lead complex implementations and system optimizations, translating client needs into scalable Workday configurations.

You will oversee full-cycle delivery from discovery through design, configuration, testing and deployment, managing cross-functional consulting teams, timelines, and budgets while maximizing time tracking, leave policies, and labor compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in workforce management, HCM consulting, or enterprise systems.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM, with a focus on Time Tracking and Absence.
• Deep understanding of labor laws, time compliance, accrual calculations, leave policies, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex Workday Time Tracking and Absence projects, ensuring policy compliance and measurable outcomes.
• Guide time and leave transformation initiatives and roadmaps with senior client executives.
• Lead and develop consulting teams across multiple client engagements and promote delivery excellence.
