Responsibilities
Lead and support Workday Absence and Time Tracking module implementation.
Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday configurations.
Configure Workday Absence business processes and Time Tracking processes.
Configure Workday Absence and Time Tracking business processes and security roles.
Collaborate with integration teams, validate test scenarios, and troubleshoot issues.
Conduct system testing with test cases and defect resolution.
Stay updated with Workday features and suggest process improvements.
Serve as SME and lead the team, delivering status updates to the PMO.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Workday Absence and Time Tracking module implementation, configuration and optimization.
Provide expert guidance on Workday Absence and Time Tracking best practices.
Gather business requirements, develop and maintain functional documentation and translate requirements into Workday system configurations.
Configure Workday Absence business processes, including leave of absence, accruals, time-off plans, eligibility rules, and absence reporting.
Configure Workday Time Tracking business processes, including work schedules, time entry, time calculations, and approvals Configure Workday security roles, reporting.
Work closely with integration teams, providing functional inputs, validating test scenarios, and troubleshooting issues Conduct system testing, including preparing test cases, executing tests and resolving defects Stay updated with Workday features and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading and managing the team to achieve successful outcomes, making key decisions, and providing status updates to the PMO Skills/ Qualifications:
