For our client, we are seeking a Workday Technology Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will support HR technology operations with a focus on Workday HCM configuration, solution design, and ongoing system enhancements. The analyst will partner closely with HR and business stakeholders to translate process needs into effective technical solutions. This position also plays a key role in supporting production operations and advancing people-related system initiatives in a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $101,795 – $156,499 annually

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday HCM solutions
• Lead analysis and solution design for People processes
• Enhance and upgrade existing systems
