Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a seasoned Workday Data Conversion Lead for a high-impact implementation supporting an Intelligence Community client. You will own end-to-end data conversion, partner with Workday Configuration and Integration teams, and drive data quality and readiness across secure environments.

The role requires deep Workday data conversion expertise, strong technical and leadership skills, and experience guiding multiple conversion cycles from source data to go-live.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HRIS/HCM/ERP or enterprise tech implementations, with data conversion focus.
• 5+ years in Workday implementations, leading data conversion activities.
• Active Workday HCM Data Loading Services Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Data Conversion workstream for a complex Workday implementation, coordinating with configuration, integration, testing, security, and other streams.
• Develop and manage data conversion strategy, plan, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with data owners across client orgs to identify, extract, validate, and prepare source data for conversion.
• Lead data profiling, mapping, harmonization, cleansing, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Ensure data handling complies with federal security requirements and SCIF environments.
