What you can expect as a Workday Analyst:
Salary up to £55,000 based on experience
Permanent position
Remote working, with occasional travel

We’re seeking a Workday Support Analyst to partner with key Centres of Excellence—such as HR, Recruitment, or Finance—to deliver scalable Workday solutions. You will manage the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment, and handle complex support queries in collaboration with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading Workday system projects with HR, Financial, and/or Technology teams, including upgrades, enhancement packages, and process redesigns.
Serving as a subject matter expert in Workday and business processes, with strong knowledge of Human Resources, Accounting, or Financials.
Conducting and facilitating complex Workday HCM system testing, identifying discrepancies, and developing remediation plans.
Instructing HR and Financial teams, including subject matter experts and leadership, on strategic and ad-hoc HR/Finance technology requests.
Providing best practice guidance for efficiency and compliance.
Applying project management best practices to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Qualifications and experience required:
At least 2 years of business experience, including in Workday and business analysis, with functional expertise in a relevant area; experience working for a publicly traded company is preferred; substantial hands-on experience configuring Workday.
Strong knowledge in a specific skill set and business area or product.
Ability to focus on daily execution and work independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
