Are you a Workday Analyst?

Are you passionate about delivering smart, scalable Workday Solutions? Do you have experience working within HR, Recruitment, or Finance? If yes, then you could be the right person to join the Workday team at Cabot Credit Management, from any of our UK offices!

What you can expect as a Workday Analyst:

• Salary up to £55,000 based on experience

• Permanent position

We’re seeking a Workday Support Analyst to collaborate with key Centres of Excellence—such as HR, Recruitment, or Finance—to deliver effective Workday solutions. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, managing projects from start to finish, and supporting complex queries, working closely with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading Workday system projects with HR, Financial, and Technology teams, including system upgrades, enhancement packages, and process redesign.

• Serving as a subject matter expert in Workday and business processes, with strong knowledge of HR, Accounting, or Financials.

• Conducting and facilitating Workday HCM system testing, identifying discrepancies, and developing remediation plans.

• Advising HR and Financial teams, including subject matter experts and leadership, on HR/Finance technology requests.

• Providing best practice guidance for efficiency and compliance.

• Applying project management best practices to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

We are looking for someone with:

• At least 2 years of business experience, including Workday and business analysis, in a similar role within a publicly traded company; hands-on experience configuring Workday functional areas.

• Strong expertise in a specific skill set and business area or product.

• Ability to focus on daily tasks and work independently.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
