CornerStone Technology Talent Services is looking for a skilled Product Support Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting business-critical applications through testing, production monitoring, and advanced customer support. You’ll work closely with technical teams to ensure high-quality system performance and support issue resolution.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and execute User Acceptance Test (UAT) plans, test cases, and scripts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to validate expected outcomes.
• Log and track bugs or issues and work with developers to resolve them.
• Monitor system behavior in production environments and report issues.
• Analyze and resolve escalated support tickets (Level 3).
• Troubleshoot and document system or application errors.
• Collaborate with development teams on technical defects and performance.
• Recommend improvements based on recurring technical issues.

What We're Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in software testing, including UAT and QA tools (e.g., SQL, JIRA, Postman, Swagger).
• Strong technical knowledge of systems, databases, and scripting languages.
• Experience supporting software in production and managing complex technical tickets.
• Analytical problem-solver with strong documentation and communication skills.
• Domain knowledge in education, data standards, or compliance is a plus.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks is preferred.
