ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a Workday Solutions Engineer to optimize, configure, and maintain our People technology with a focus on Workday. You will design solutions that leverage AI and automation to streamline administrative processes across our global organization.

This in-office role based at our Santa Clara HQ involves driving automation initiatives, supporting core HR tech, and delivering technical guidance to the People team and wider business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Operations/HRIS with hands-on Workday configuration.
• Expertise in Workday HCM, Recruiting, Dashboards, and Absence Management.
• Strong technical skills for complex analyses and automation.
• Experience with AI and automation; familiarity with RPA is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across stakeholders.
• Ability to design practical, scalable technology solutions and docs.

Responsibilities

• Drive hands-on Workday configuration, enhancement, and optimization (HCM, Recruiting, Dashboards, Absence).
• Enable AI-integrated Workday solutions using Extend and external tools.
• Champion AI-first initiatives to improve HR technology and employee experience.
• Develop dashboards and metrics in Workday and Tableau for insights.
• Provide proactive, consultative support to the People team and partners.
• Collaborate with People Operations to evolve service delivery and automation adoption.
