Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Operations, HRIS or People Technology with Workday configuration experience
• Expertise in Workday HCM, Recruiting, Dashboards, and Time Off/Absence Management
• Strong front-end tech knowledge (JavaScript/HTML/CSS) for Workday Extend UIs

Responsibilities

• Drive hands-on Workday configuration, optimization, and integration across HCM, Recruiting, Dashboards, and Absence Management
• Enable AI-enabled Workday solutions via Workday Extend and external tools
• Champion AI-first HR tech innovations and automate core HR processes
• Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards in Workday and Tableau for insights
• Provide proactive user support and identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate tasks
• Collaborate with People Operations to adopt AI and modernize delivery models
