Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks a Workday Financial Management Solution Architect to translate finance transformation priorities into scalable Workday solutions. You will lead pursuit development, executive engagements, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-value proposals and roadmaps.

You will own end-to-end architecture across Workday modules, design integrated financial architectures, and craft compelling demonstrations and presentations for CFOs and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Deep Workday Financial Management expertise.
• Experience in presales, RFPs, and client presentations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional pursuit teams.

Responsibilities

• Pursuit Development and Presales Leadership
• Identify, qualify and nurture Workday Financial Management opportunities in collaboration with account teams
• Lead discovery workshops to understand finance strategy and transformation ambitions
• Define pursuit strategy, win themes, differentiators and value hypotheses
• Orchestrate cross-functional pursuit teams across finance, technology, data, integrations, change and delivery
• Participate in client meetings, executive briefings and solution defenses
• Own end-to-end Workday Finance Solution Architecture across modules
• Design integrated solution architectures spanning financial processes, security, reporting and integrations
• Assess deployment options and localization requirements across enterprise landscape
• Ensure solutions are scalable, auditable and aligned with leading practices
• Embed automation, analytics and AI opportunities where they add value
• Develop executive-ready presentations connecting client challenges to solution architecture
• Tailor messaging for CFOs and senior leaders
• Create demonstrations, case studies and roadmaps
• Present complex finance concepts concisely and confidently
