Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Financials Solution Architect to join our Workday Practice. You will be a hands-on architect on projects, driving streamlined client processes and enabling better business decisions through Workday Financial solutions.

You will lead design sessions, capture requirements, configure creative solutions, and mentor junior consultants. The role involves documentation, testing, go-live support, and post-production support within a collaborative, innovative team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of seven (7) years of Workday Financial implementation experience; or a Master's with five (5) years.
Workday certification and demonstrated command of at least two Workday Financial pillars.
Experience with the execution of projects within a structured methodology.
Experience in an ERP software sales cycle (RFx responses, oral presentations).
Up to 50% travel balanced with work-from-home and/or Guidehouse office schedule.

Responsibilities

Be a hands-on Financials Solution Architect on assigned projects.
Oversee Design Sessions, capture client requirements, configure solutions, and mentor junior consultants.
Documentation, configuration, testing support, go-live support, and post-production (hypercare) support.
Participate in a collaborative culture to drive continuous innovation.
Communicate challenges and improvements to project processes.
Demonstrate consultative skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Participate in sales cycle activities.
