Job summary

INFOTRON is seeking a seasoned Workday Solutions Architect to lead design, implementation, and enhancement of Workday solutions across HCM and Financials. You will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, and strong security and reporting capabilities. Remote work is supported globally.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience with 5+ years working directly with Workday.
• Strong experience in Workday HCM and/or Financials.
• Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, and integrations.
• Hands-on with Workday Security, Business Processes, Calculated Fields, and Reporting.
• Experience leading end-to-end Workday implementation and enhancement projects.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Workday solutions aligned with business objectives and best practices.
• Lead Workday implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
• Gather requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
• Configure and optimize Workday modules, processes, and security.
• Design and review integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
• Architect Workday security roles, domains, and permissions.
• Develop and optimize Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and third-party vendors.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Workday consultants and developers.
• Perform impact analysis for Workday releases and lead regression testing.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance standards.
• Recommend process improvements and enhancements.
