Frontline Consulting Services (FCS) Inc. seeks an HRIS Architect skilled in Workday to design, implement, and support HRIS solutions across architecture, configuration, reporting, and integrations.

You will partner with HR stakeholders to streamline processes, troubleshoot advanced issues, document solutions, and mentor junior colleagues while driving continuous improvement across HR systems.

Qualifikationen

• This role requires 4-5+ years of relevant HRIS Architect experience or 6-8+ years for Senior HRIS Architect, with strong Workday expertise.
• Candidates should translate business requirements into technical Workday solutions and support implementations, testing, and deployment.

Requirements:

Candidates need 4-5+ years of relevant experience for the HRIS Architect role or 6-8+ years for the Senior HRIS Architect role, with strong Workday architecture, configuration, and support expertise. They should have experience in at least one relevant Workday functional area, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and supporting implementation, testing, deployment, and process improvement.
