Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Workday Workforce Administrator who will serve as the functional expert for Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and Absence. You will configure, optimize, and support these modules to align with health center operations, Payroll, HRIS, and People Experience.

The role combines Workday expertise with business process design, analytics, and continuous improvement to ensure accurate time capture, scheduling, and leave management for leaders and teammates.

Qualifications

• Proven Workday Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and Absence expertise.
• Experience configuring, testing, and optimizing Workday modules to meet business needs.
• Ability to collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, and People Experience for integrated processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Workday SME for Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and Absence.
• Configure, test, and maintain Workday functionality including time calculations and accrual rules.
• Coordinate with Payroll and HRIS to ensure compliant time capture and leave policies.
• Develop documentation and runbooks for system configurations and change history.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolve Workday issues related to time, attendance, and scheduling.
