Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Workday Workforce Administrator to serve as the functional SME for Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and Absence, ensuring accurate, compliant time capture and scheduling across health centers and virtual care operations. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR/IS/Business with 3+ years configuring Workday modules; certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or Business.
• Minimum three years configuring and administering Workday Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and Absence.
• Experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing Workday functionality beyond end-user support.
• Current Workday Time Tracking and/or Absence Certification highly preferred.
• Knowledge of wage and hour regulations and multi-state compliance is a plus.
• AI tools experience including Microsoft Copilot and Anthropic Claude is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional SME for Workday Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and Absence.
• Configure, test, implement, and maintain Workday functionality including time calculations, time entry templates, work schedules, accrual rules, and absence plans.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, and People Experience to ensure integrated, compliant processes.
• Develop and deliver reporting and dashboards for time, attendance, absence, and scheduling metrics.
• Review Workday releases and plan testing strategies and adoption of new capabilities.
• Support audits, open enrollment, and compliance with wage/hour regulations across locations.
