Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Workday Workforce Administrator to serve as the functional SME for Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and Absence. You will configure, optimize, and maintain these modules, collaborating closely with Payroll, HRIS, and People Experience to ensure compliant, efficient time capture and absence management across our health-center workforce.

The role blends Workday expertise with process design, analytics, and continuous improvement to deliver accurate, scalable timekeeping

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, business, or related field with at least 3 years configuring Workday Scheduling, Time & Attendance, or Absence.
• Experience configuring, administering, and testing Workday modules; not just end-user support.
• Current Workday Time Tracking and/or Absence Certification highly preferred; healthcare or multi-state employer experience a plus.
• Knowledge of wage/hour regulations (FLSA) and leave policies; willingness to work with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Workday SME for Scheduling, Time & Attendance, and Absence modules.
• Configure, test, implement and maintain Workday functionality and templates.
• Develop documentation and optimize processes; troubleshoot issues across modules.
• Coordinate with Payroll, HRIS and People Experience to ensure compliant configurations.
