Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Consultant in Human Resources Technology Consulting to join our HR Operations & Technology team. You will lead deployment, configuration, testing, and problem resolution for HR systems, partnering with business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure processes are aligned and the system operates as a single integrated solution.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of demonstrated experience in business analysis, technology, process design and/or operations.
• Three to five years of related experience in one or more core functions of human resources with a demonstrated understanding of HRIS, preferably Workday, and other system components (i.e. configuration, testing, defect and release management).
• Demonstrated skills in influencing, educating, negotiating, and dealing with ambiguity.
• Knowledge of HRIS (Workday) and other human resources technology.
• Progressive experience in business consulting and analysis involving business process analysis and design.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex to highly complex activities in the ongoing design, deployment, maintenance and configuration of HR systems.
• Consults, coordinates activities and configures across payroll, benefits, absence, compensation, talent management, acquisition, self-service and integrations.
• Implements and consults on highly complex projects and adapts precedents to develop solutions.
• Collaborates with business, technology teams and vendors to ensure integrated processes.
• Leads HR system design, development, deployment and maintenance and prepares reports.
