Job summary

Camping World is seeking an IT Lead Analyst for Workday Talent Acquisition and Recruiting to own the implementation and ongoing management of Workday Recruiting. You will optimize TA and Recruiting processes, configure workflows, and collaborate with HR Ops, talent acquisition, and learning teams to ensure effective use of the Workday platform.

The role requires hands-on Workday Recruiting expertise, strong analytics, and excellent communication to drive end-to-end automation and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Lead or Manager in implementing and managing Workday's Recruiting and talent workstreams.
• Hands-on experience and strong technical knowledge of Workday Recruiting module including configuration, integrations, reporting, and security.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to derive actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
• Strong project management skills to lead system implementation and enhancement projects.
• Certifications in Workday Recruiting or related areas would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Workday Recruiting, including configurations, workflows, security, and integrations with other HR systems.
• Lead and support Workday TA/Recruiting processes to drive automation and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Recruiting operations, HR Ops, Compensation, and vendors to align Workday HCM and Core Compensation.
• Define requirements, participate in implementation and testing, and oversee system upgrade deployments.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements and propose solutions for end-to-end automation.
• Maintain system documentation and ensure knowledge sharing across teams.
• Stay updated on Workday trends to bring new ideas to the business.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and drive buy-in.
