Camping World is seeking an IT Lead Analyst for Workday Talent Acquisition and Recruiting to lead the implementation and ongoing management of Workday Recruiting and TA processes. You will configure, optimize, and enhance Workday modules, coordinates with HR, IT, and business leaders, and drive data integrity and reporting across recruiting workstreams.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of Workday Recruiting, stakeholder management, and project leadership to deliver end-to-end

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Workday Recruiting, including configurations, business processes, security, and integrations (Phenom, Infor, Indeed).
  • Lead Workday TA and Recruiting teams to deliver defined organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting operations, HR Operations, Compensation, and vendors to configure Workday HCM and Core Compensation.
  • Define requirements, participate in implementation and testing, oversee upgrades for smooth transitions.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancements and automation to optimize recruiting processes.
  • Perform tenant configuration, data loads (EIBs), and manage sandbox environments; enforce standards.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc reports to provide insights on recruiting metrics, trends, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to gather requirements and provide system guidance.
  • Maintain accurate system documentation including workflows and SOPs.
  • Stay updated on Workday trends and best practices to drive innovation in business processes.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Job description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled IT Lead Analyst Workday Talent Acquisition and Recruiting to join our team and take responsibility for the successful implementation and management of our Workday. You will play a vital role in supporting our organization's TA and Recruiting business processes by leveraging your expertise in Workday and related technologies. Your primary objective will be to ensure the efficient operation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Workday Recruiting System to meet the needs of our employees and the business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Workday TA and Recruiting processes in our organization's Workday system. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including HR Ops., talent acquisition teams, and learning and development professionals, to ensure the effective implementation and utilization of the Workday platform.

What You\'ll Do:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Workday Recruiting, including system configurations, business process workflows, custom objects, security, and integrations (such as Phenom, Infor, Indeed, etc.), with other HR systems.
  • This is a highly visible individual technical role responsible for the outcomes and success of Workday recruiting and Talent acquisition teams that play a key role in delivering the stated goals of the organization.
  • Work closely with Recruiting operations, HR Operations, Compensation team, vendors (such as Phenom, Infor, Indeed, etc.), etc. so Workday HCM and Core Compensation modules are configured to meet present needs and future potential.
  • System Implementation and Upgrades: Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements, participate in the implementation and testing, and oversee the deployment of system upgrades to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to users.
  • System Enhancements and Customizations: Identify opportunities for system enhancements and propose innovative solutions to optimize the recruiting business processes, drive end-to-end automation initiatives, and improve user experience.
  • Perform Workday tenant configuration, data loads (EIB's), Sandbox environments, etc. by defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards.
  • Data integrity and quality: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Workday HCM and recruiting workstreams by monitoring data feeds, executing data audits, and resolving data discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Workday Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports using Workday reporting tools to provide insights on recruiting metrics, trends, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to gather requirements, understand business needs, and provide guidance on system capabilities and best practices.
  • System Documentation: Maintain accurate system documentation, including process workflows, system configurations, and standard operating procedures, to ensure knowledge sharing and facilitate system maintenance and upgrades.
  • Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, best practices, and updates in Workday and related technologies to bring new ideas and innovation to the organization's business processes.
  • Ability to successfully build strong relationships with key stakeholders and groups across all levels of the organization; ability to win over resistors and engage executives, managers, and others.
What You\'ll Need to Have for the Role:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Lead or Manager in implementing and managing Workday's Recruiting and talent workstreams.
  • Hands-on experience and Strong technical knowledge of Workday's Recruiting module, including configuration, integrations (Phenom, Infor, Indeed, etc.), business processes, reporting, and security.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and drive system implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Certifications in Workday Recruiting or related areas would be a plus.
