Clearwater Analytics is seeking a proactive Recruiting Programs Lead to own the Workday Recruiting module and act as the HRIS subject-matter expert. You will deliver reports, manage US internal hiring, and drive platform enhancements while partnering with HR technology teams.

The role demands strong analytical skills, data-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in recruiting operations, HR operations, or related field.
• Hands-on Workday Recruiting module experience and Report Writer familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Workday Recruiting configuration and maintenance.
• Ensure data integrity and audits across requisitions and candidate stages.
• Stay current with Workday releases and evaluate new features.
• Collaborate on system integrations, testing, and change management.
• Configure recruiting processes, security roles, and reporting structures.
• Provide regular recruiting analytics and dashboards to leaders.
• Lead hiring update calls translating data into insights.
• Support internal mobility, transfers, and stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee US internal hiring end-to-end and drive process improvements.
• Assist with university recruiting, internships, and relations.
• Handle contract and invoice processing for Recruiting expenses.
