Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Hands-on Workday Financial Accounting, Budget and Banking Lead to join our Workday Practice in the United States. You will help deliver Workday Financial solutions from initial assessment to full transformation, enabling clients to make better business decisions with precise financial data.

You’ll lead on assigned projects, capture requirements, configure solutions, and collaborate with consultants while providing go‑live and post‑production support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a MINIMUM of 3 (THREE) of prior relevant experience within Workday FIN Record to Report (FDM, Accounting, Budget, Banking, etc)
• Experience with the execution of ERP projects within a structured methodology
• Workday Record to Report certification
• Up to 50% non‑local and local travel balanced with work from home and/or Guidehouse office

Responsibilities

• Deliver Workday Financial solutions from assessment to transformation.
• Lead on assigned projects to streamline client processes in FDM/Accounting/Budget/Banking.
• Facilitate design sessions, capture requirements, configure solutions, and collaborate with other consultants.
• Handle documentation, configuration, testing support, go‑live and post‑production support.
• Communicate challenges to project leadership and contribute to continuous process improvements.
