Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a seasoned Workday Financial Implementation Architect to join our Workday Practice. You will lead hands-on financial configurations, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate with project leadership to align client processes with Workday solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in Workday Financial, certifications, and proven experience across at least two Workday pillars. Travel up to 50% with possible onsite support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years Workday Financial implementation experience, or a Master's with 5+ years.
• Workday certification and demonstrated command of at least two Workday Financial pillars.
• Experience in ERP Sales cycle (RFx responses, orals presentations, etc.)
• Up to 50% travel balanced with work-from-home/office schedule.

Responsibilities

• Be a hands-on Financials Solution Architect on assigned projects.
• Oversee and facilitate Design Sessions, capture client requirements, configure solutions, mentor junior consultants.
• Documentation, configuration, testing support, go-live and post-production support.
• Participate in an innovative team culture and communicate challenges to improve processes.
• Demonstrate consultative skills and strive for high customer satisfaction.
