Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Financials R2R Lead to design, configure, and deliver Record to Report workstreams for clients across industries. You will guide design decisions, prototype options, and ensure cross-functional coherence with broader finance transformations.

The ideal candidate has Active Workday Financials Partner Certification, 3+ years of consulting, and hands-on Workday R2R + US/global financials operations experience. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Active Workday Financials Partner Certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience in a Consultant or similar role.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday Financials R2R experience.
• Minimum 3 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Financials Record to Report workstreams.
• Identify business requirements, design processes, prototype, test, and train stakeholders.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices in Workday implementations.
• Mentor junior analysts on project delivery and system solution approaches.
