SCP Health in Atlanta, GA is seeking a seasoned Workday Platform Owner for Recruiting and Learning to align capabilities with enterprise talent goals. You will partner with TA, Learning and Development, HR Operations, IT, Compliance, and business leaders to drive roadmap, governance, and secure integrations.

You will lead Workday Recruiting and Learning design, optimization, and governance, manage releases, and deliver dashboards and reports for executive insight and compliance, enabling

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR technology, HRIS, or Workday platform support.
• 3+ years leading Workday initiatives, roadmap planning, governance, or cross-functional projects.
• Experience with Workday configuration, dashboards, integrations, audit controls, and security.
• Excellent communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Workday Product Owner and platform leader for Recruiting and Learning.
• Lead the design, optimization, and governance of Workday Recruiting capabilities.
• Lead the design, optimization, and governance of Workday Learning capabilities.
• Participate in release planning, impact analysis, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Develop dashboards, reports, scorecards, and insights for executives and compliance.
