Job summary

STACK INFRASTRUCTURE (STACK) is seeking a Talent Technologist and UX-focused professional to lead Workday Learning and support Workday Recruiting, shaping a skills-based, AI-ready workforce. You will optimize talent technology, analytics, and processes, partnering with People & Culture and business leaders to improve workforce readiness and operational excellence.

You will manage system operations, deliver insights, and drive adoption of talent platforms, while designing scalable solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
5+ years of experience supporting Talent Development, Learning & Development, Talent Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Technology, or related functions.
3+ years of hands-on experience administering Workday Learning.
Experience supporting Workday Recruiting or ATS.
Experience developing reports, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Experience optimizing platforms, processes, and data quality.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary functional lead for Workday Learning and support the administration and optimization of Workday Recruiting.
Translate organizational needs into scalable talent strategies, processes, and workflows.
Design and optimize talent system experiences for employees, learners, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Ensure data integrity and governance for talent platforms.
