Job summary

Kavaliro is seeking an experienced Workday Learning Lead to support implementation, administration, governance, and continuous improvement of the Workday Learning platform. The role partners with Learning & Development, HR, Compliance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure a compliant and effective LMS deployment.

Responsibilities include defining requirements, validating configurations, coordinating testing, content migration, audience design, and reporting.

Qualifications

Workday Learning governance and admin knowledge required.
Experience leading LMS go-live readiness and post-launch support.
Experience with Udemy Business administration and integrations.
Ability to develop governance and operational standards for learning.
Experience in large, complex organizations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Serve as internal Workday Learning SME and business owner during implementation and ongoing administration.
Coordinate with partners and stakeholders to capture requirements, plan tests, and validate configurations.
Define audiences, content organization, reporting, and compliance requirements prior to go-live.
Support post-launch stabilization, optimization, and governance improvements.
