Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an IT Workday Platform Manager in Atlanta, onsite.

This full-time role focuses on leading Workday Recruiting and Learning platforms, guiding strategy, governance, and optimization across HR functions, talent acquisition, and compliance initiatives. The candidate will drive platform roadmaps, manage cross-functional projects, and coordinate with IT and business leaders to deliver scalable, auditable Workday solutions with strong data integrity and reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, or Workday platform support, with significant hands-on experience in Workday Recruiting and Workday Learning.
• 3+ years of experience leading Workday initiatives, platform enhancements, roadmap planning, release management, governance, or cross-functional HR technology projects.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, solution design, configuration oversight, testing, stakeholder review, change management, deployment readiness, and post-production support.

Responsibilities

• Platform strategy, governance & product ownership for Workday Recruiting and Learning.
• Lead design, optimization, and governance of Workday Recruiting capabilities and learning modules.
• Oversee release management, deployment readiness, testing strategy, and issue resolution for Workday projects.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, HR Operations, IT and Compliance to align Workday capabilities with business goals.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and insights for executive visibility and compliance monitoring.
