Job summary

Vantive is seeking a strategic Senior Manager, IT - Workday to lead governance, strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of the global Workday platform. You will manage Workday analysts, administrators, and partners across HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, and Integrations.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Technology leaders to maximize value, oversee enhancements and upgrades, and ensure security and data governance across the Workday environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT, HRIS, enterprise application, or HR technology experience.
• 3+ years leading Workday teams or medium to large Workday programs.
• 5+ years of leadership/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sponsors on Workday product strategy, roadmap, governance, and priorities.
• Provide platform ownership across Workday HCM, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Analytics, Security, and Integrations.
• Lead a Product Team of Workday resources; establish goals, development plans, and succession plans.
