• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (HR, CS, Finance, analytics).
• 5+ years HRIS / HR Operations experience required.
• 3-5 years Workday Payroll & Time Tracking experience; Workday Certifications a plus.

• Document technical specs for configurations and enhancements.
• Analyze data and measure HR Operations program impact; present recommendations.
