Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company is seeking a People Technology Administrator to support Workday-based HR tech ecosystem. You will configure, test, and provide end-user support across HCM and related modules, ensuring data integrity and secure, intuitive systems for a diverse North American workforce.

Responsibilities include configuring core HCM modules, running tests, handling tickets, and assisting with biannual Workday releases.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Workday experience with hands-on configuration exposure in HCM or a supporting module.
• Proven business analysis skills: requirements gathering, testing, and documentation for technical and functional audiences.
• Experience defining and executing test plans and test scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an administrator for Workday and related People Technology tools.
• Manage user access, roles, data changes, and issue analysis.
• Create and run test scripts; log defects with reproduction steps.
• Assist with data integrity, BP accuracy, and tenant health.
• Support biannual Workday releases with regression testing.
