Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business Admin, or related field; 5 years ERP/Workday experience preferred.
- Experience with Workday HCM modules and configuration.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
- Experience with system integrations and data migration.
- SQL, XML, or other programming languages a plus.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Workday HCM system.
- Ensure the system runs efficiently and supports HR processes.
- Collaborate with HR, IT and other departments for support and enhancements.
- Drive system enhancements to meet organizational needs.
