AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Systems Analyst to design and guide the HR technology landscape. You will lead architecture, integration, and governance across HRIS, Payroll, Benefits, and IT platforms, partnering with IT, Finance, and Legal to meet strategic targets.

You will report to HR Leadership and mentor junior analysts while evaluating emerging technologies and policies to strengthen the HR tech ecosystem. This hybrid role requires 3 days in Walnut Creek, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field.
• 8+ years of HRIS experience or equivalent leadership in architecture.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise HR tech frameworks and data flows.
• Lead governance, security, and compliance for HR platforms.
• Mentor team members and align stakeholders on tech investments.
