AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Workday Systems Administrator to manage the Workday HCM system, collaborate with HR and IT, and drive system enhancements. The role ensures efficient operation and supports HR processes across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of ERP/Workday experience, strong HR data management knowledge, and familiarity with integrations and data migration. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 5 years of experience with Workday or other ERP systems.
• Experience with Workday HCM modules and configuration or other ERP is required.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
• Experience with system integrations and data migration.
• Proficiency in SQL, XML, or other programming languages is a plus.
