Job summary

7 Brew Coffee is seeking a People Technology Analyst to maintain and enhance Workday and connected People technology tools. You’ll partner across People, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable system solutions, configure security, troubleshoot integrations, and improve data quality.

This hands-on role focuses on delivering dependable processes in a fast-moving environment and supporting payroll and audits with accurate workforce data.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday functionality across HCM, Payroll, Security, Compensation, and related modules.
• Design and document Workday business processes, approvals, validations, and notifications.
• Administer Workday security roles and governance to ensure proper data access.
• Lead or support Workday releases, testing, and change-management activities.
• Maintain system documentation, test scripts, and process maps.
