Cor Partners seeks a Senior Analyst, People Technology—Workday Platform & Data to help advance the capabilities that power our workforce technology ecosystem. You will partner with People & Culture, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to deliver reporting, analytics, security, integrations, and data solutions that improve decision-making, strengthen operations, and enhance team member experience.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting Workday, HRIS, People Technology, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
Experience with reporting, analytics, security administration, integrations, data governance, or release management.
Proven ability to lead projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver reporting, analytics, and data solutions that support business decision-making.
Partner in the support and enhancement of Workday security, integrations, reporting, and platform capabilities.
Lead system enhancements, releases, testing efforts, and cross-functional initiatives.
Champion data quality, governance, and platform reliability.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate manual work, and improve team member experience.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor on workforce data, reporting, security, and Workday capabilities.
