Job summary

Nuro is seeking a People Systems Analyst to drive Workday operations, reporting, and workforce analytics for the People Operations team. You will own production support and build analytics for leadership in a lean, fast-paced environment focused on AI-powered automation.

You will configure Workday releases, write test scripts, and partner with stakeholders to deliver accurate, scalable workforce insights. A strong data mindset and ethics are essential for handling sensitive people data.

Qualifications

3+ years in People Operations or a related role.
Workday experience with exposure to at least one module.
Ability to write test scripts and troubleshoot configuration issues.
Analytically minded with strong attention to detail and data integrity.
Discretion handling sensitive People data.
Curious about technology, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 Workday production support, including business process definitions, validations, EIB files, calculated fields, and processing.
Configure, test, and implement new release features in implementation tenants prior to release dates.
Write test scripts and participate in testing cycles for features, enhancements, and fixes.
Support integrations and data governance under guidance.
Own monthly executive KPI reporting end to end and build Workday reports and analyses leveraging AI.
