Job summary

Skydio is seeking a People Systems Analyst to optimize and scale our Workday ecosystem. You’ll focus on Payroll, Time Tracking, or Time Off & Absence, while supporting broader HCM modules. Partner with IT, Finance, and People Operations to translate needs into scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes data integrity, system performance, and bi-annual release testing, with a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience.
Strong general knowledge of Core HCM, Benefits, Talent & Performance, and Advanced Compensation.
Proven experience building custom Workday reports, utilizing advanced calculated fields, and independently executing data loads via EIBs.
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data integrity.
Strong communication skills to translate complex technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

System Configuration & Optimization: functional administrator for Workday modules (Payroll, Time Tracking, or Time Off & Absence).
Reporting & Analytics: design, build, and maintain custom Workday reports and calculated fields.
Data & Mass Loads: manage data updates and tenant config changes using EIBs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Finance, Payroll, IT, and People teams.
Release & Regression Testing: assist with bi-annual Workday releases and patches.
Support & Collaboration: provide day-to-day tier-2 support and end-user training.
