Job summary

Skydio, Inc. is seeking a People Systems Analyst in San Mateo, CA to optimize and scale our Workday ecosystem, focusing on Payroll, Time Tracking, or Time Off & Absence.

You will partner with IT, Finance, and People Operations to translate business needs into scalable solutions, ensuring data integrity and smooth system performance. You will configure Workday modules, design reports, and lead data loads via EIBs while collaborating across HRIS, Benefits, and Compensation teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience with focus on Payroll, Time Tracking, or Time Off & Absence.
• Strong general knowledge of Core HCM, Benefits, Talent & Performance, and Advanced Compensation processes.
• Experience building custom Workday reports and executing data loads via EIBs.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Workday in payroll, time tracking, or time off & absence modules.
• Design and maintain custom Workday reports and calculated fields for stakeholders.
• Manage data loads and tenant configuration changes to ensure data integrity.
