Job summary

Skydio is seeking a People Systems Analyst to optimize and scale our Workday ecosystem. You will configure core operational modules, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with IT, Finance, and People Operations to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

You will own reporting, data loads via EIBs, and support Workday releases and patches. Strong communication is essential to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across HR and Finance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience.
• Strong functional understanding of Payroll, Time Tracking, or Time Off & Absence.
• Broad HCM knowledge of Core HCM, Benefits, Talent & Performance, and Advanced Compensation.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Workday as a functional administrator focusing on Payroll, Time Tracking, or Time Off & Absence.
• Design, build, and maintain custom Workday reports and calculated fields for stakeholders.
• Manage data integrity and mass data loads via Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).
• Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, IT, and HR teams to troubleshoot and implement enhancements.
• Assist with Workday bi-annual releases, features, and patches through testing and validation.
• Provide tier-2 support for system bugs, configuration updates, and end-user training.
