Job summary

OneSource Virtual in the United States is seeking a Contract Service Delivery Trainer to design and deliver onboarding and readiness training focused on Workday and OSV BPaaS processes. This defined-term engagement supports a hiring surge and targets payroll professionals at all levels.

You will develop curricula, lead virtual sessions, and measure training effectiveness, with responsibilities spanning needs assessments, sandbox setup, and post-go-live support under a tight contract timeline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Workday Payroll training or system administration.
• Deep understanding of Workday BP, security groups, and payroll reporting.
• Experience with gross-to-net calculations, tax compliance, year-end processing, wage garnishments, and multi-state/global payroll.
• Fast learner able to acclimate quickly to a new tenant, team, and payroll policy set within a compressed contract timeline.
• Excellent public speaking, facilitation, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Training Needs Assessment – Confer with leadership to identify development priorities for Payroll.
• Curriculum Development – Design course materials and learning assets.
• Sandbox Environment Management – Set up Workday training environments for practice.
• Training Delivery – Lead virtual ILT sessions for diverse audiences; use microlearning where appropriate.
• Evaluation & Optimization – Assess training effectiveness via surveys and checks.
• Administration – Schedule registrations, maintain records, and hand off docs at contract end.
